Features
This machine is mainly used for the transfer of solid materials in the pharmaceutical industry, feeding. It can be used with boiling dryer and boiling granulator, and can directly make the materials in the boiling granulator into the required particles into the total mixing barrel, effectively eliminating dust flying and cross pollution, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency. Principle
The machine is mainly composed of vacuum conveying system, buffer silo, whole grain system, lifting system and other parts. When working, the vacuum conveyor starts, the materials in the fluidized bed silo are sucked and sent to the buffer silo. After the materials in the buffer silo are filled up, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, the materials enter the whole grain cavity for whole grain, and the qualified materials flow out to the hopper.
