Product Description
Use
It is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration in pharmaceutical, chemical, biological engineering, milk, wine, starch, xylose, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries. It has high heat transfer efficiency and is suitable for heat-sensitive, viscous, foaming and other materials; but it is not suitable for solutions containing solids and materials with high solution viscosity.
Equipment features
1. Since 100% of the latent heat of secondary steam is recycled, the use of fresh steam is completely avoided, thereby greatly reducing energy consumption;
Due to the elimination of circulating cooling water, greatly reducing the water consumption, power consumption, high maintenance costs due to the cooling tower;
3. For heat-sensitive materials, vacuum pumps can be used together, which can be carried out under vacuum close to absolute pressure, so as to realize low-temperature evaporation, and the minimum evaporation can reach 30 degrees;
4. Simple process control box automation Due to the small liquid retention, the falling film evaporator can act quickly according to changes in vacuum, feed volume, concentration, temperature, etc. This is the basic condition for obtaining a product of stable quality.
5. The processing capacity can reach 150 t/h, the required area is relatively small, the structure is compact, and the operation is stable.
